Care of Your Fine Jewelry
After talking to customers for over 30 years about their jewelry problems and doing their repairs, Tim and I are uniquely qualified to provide practical suggestions for care and maintenance of your fine jewelry. Proper jewelry care cannot totally prevent problems, but it can greatly reduce the odds of a loss, as well as significantly reduce your future repair bills. It should be noted that it is often impractical and sometimes impossible to follow all of the instructions that pertain to a particular piece of jewelry. You may not be able to do everything on this list, but everything you do will go along way towards reducing your risk of loss, and/or will extend the life of your jewelry.
