Purchases
All items purchased from gbjewelers.com must be paid in full and funds verified before the item will be delivered. If you choose to pick up your purchase at the store, we accept cash, checks, or credit cards. If you live out of town and would like us to ship your item, you can pay for it by credit card, or you may mail a check to the address listed below. We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
Warranty
gbjewelers.com offers a 1 year product and workmanship Warranty. We guarantee all gemstone representations to be accurate. gbjewelers.com will repair the jewelry and replace stones that fall out due to faulty craftsmanship. We will not be responsible for accidents, carelessness, general wear, or poor workmanship by other jewelers. In short, we back up both our claims, and our products.
Returns
gbjewelers.com offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased through our web site except those items purchased through the "Bargain Basement". If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you may return any item in original condition for a full refund or exchange. Items not being returned in person to our Warrenton store must be shipped, fully insured, via U.S. Mail; by insured mail if the item is less than $500.00, or registered mail if it has a value of more than $500.00. Also use a "Return Receipt Requested" service for additional protection. Gannaway Bros. Jewelers, Inc. will not be responsible for items lost in transit. Packaging
All items purchased from gbjewelers.com will be delivered in a Gannaway Bros. Jewelers box. Gift wrapping is available upon request.
